When a problem is so well defined, similar but on a smaller scale to what bun did, it makes sense why orchestration would just be faster/easier.
But the spirit if the meme was more about average/less defined work. Multi-prompt with a good harness will be enough.
that’s cool. Reality is that 90% of the projects out there doesn’t reach this level of complexity. It’s a bubble and somehow everyone thinks their projects are that complex to need all this complex stuff

regarding Pi, yes, I chose it specifically because it allows you to disable every single feature lol so you can actually do context engineering. Everything else has been a fight to tweak and disable the (often very) opinionated stuff they ship with
